Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you're ordering products that require intricate customization such as hand painting, please note that they may take longer to produce. When there are many orders in queue, it may take anywhere from 1~3 weeks to complete. Once your order has been confirmed, we'll send you an email with the precise delivery timeframe.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide through UPS/DHL/Fedex and other shipping couriers.
We offer standard shipping (normally will take 7~15 days depends on your location) and express shipping (4~7 days).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wusjade is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can track your order status directly from our website or choose to receive E-mail/SMS notifications.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wusjade@gmail.com with order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. So please do not use a P.O.box as shipping address if you want to choose Express delivery.
